The way we work must work for both of us. Because R+M is focused on sustainable growth, we follow a handful of guidelines when engaging new clients:

We’re all in. R+M doesn’t accept clients competitive with our existing clients. In return, we need access to decision-makers and insights required to perform.

We do not accept one-off projects unless they are a “date” before “marriage.”

Marriage doesn’t entail long-term contracts, but it does demand a commitment commensurate with the mission. Typically, this means an agency budget of $10,000 to $25,000 per month for one year + two hours of your time per week.

We treat our client’s resources like our own, following a “no surprises” rule that includes a regimented planning, budgeting, and reconciliation process.

We play well with others. We’re happy to collaborate with internal or other external resources to achieve your goals.
