Because R+M is focused on sustainable growth, we follow a handful of guidelines when engaging new clients:

• We’re all in. R+M doesn’t accept clients competitive with our existing clients.
• We do not accept one-off projects unless they are a “date” before “marriage.”
• Marriage doesn’t entail long-term contracts, but it does demand a commitment commensurate with the mission. Typically, this means an agency budget of $7,500 to $20,000 per month + two hours of your time per week.
• We treat our client’s resources like our own, following a “no surprises” rule that includes a regimented planning, budgeting, and reconciliation process.
• We play well with others. We’re happy to collaborate with internal or other external resources to achieve your goals.
